Professor Andrew Goudie
EXPERT ADVISOR ON THE JUSTICE FOR CHILDREN INVESTMENT CASE
Professor Andrew Goudie is our Expert Advisor on building and securing the investment case on justice for children. He is a long-standing supporter of the work of Inspiring Children’s Futures, leading the development of key publications and as a former member of Inspiring Children’s Futures International Advisory Board.
Andrew’s career includes a wide range of roles in national and international public service including as Special Adviser to the Principal and Vice Chancellor of the University of Strathclyde; Senior Economist at the World Bank, Washington; Principal Economist at the OECD Development Centre, Paris; Chief Economist at the Department for International Development, UK and Chief Economic Adviser and Director-General Economy in the Scottish Government.

Cédric Foussard
EXPERT ADVISOR ON JUSTICE FOR CHILDREN
Cédric Foussard is our Expert Advisor supporting the work of the Global Working Group on SDG16+ Justice for Children.
Cédric is an international expert on justice for children, working at the global level. With nearly two decades of leadership at an international foundation dedicated to child justice, headquartered in Brussels, Cédric has been instrumental in shaping the discourse and policies surrounding child rights globally, particularly for children in contact with justice systems. His work encompasses investigation and advocacy efforts, with a focus on fostering a holistic approach to child rights.
Cédric previously coordinated the Global Initiative on Justice With Children and the World Congress on Justice.
